Chanaka has held key positions at globally recognized institutions including Standard Chartered Bank, Scotiabank, Société Générale, Deutsche Bank, and Hatton National Bank. Dr. Nirmal de Silva is an accomplished business leader, strategy consultant, and impact investor with over two decades of regional and international experience in senior executive roles across diverse industries. As the Non-Executive Director of Asia Pacific Technology Systems (APTS), he brings strategic foresight, governance expertise, and a deep understanding of business transformation to support the company’s continued growth and regional expansion.

Dr. Nirmal is the Co-Founder of Celao Capital, Paramount Realty and Group Director at RNH Ventures, where he has guided organizations across Asia in areas such as corporate strategy, leadership development, and operational scaling. He serves on several boards across sectors including finance, manufacturing, asset management, real estate, and agriculture, contributing to high-level decision-making and sustainable business practices.

His passion for social entrepreneurship and innovation is reflected in his role as a mentor and impact investor, working with numerous startups and scaleups in Sri Lanka and internationally. He has also served as a judge and mentor for Sri Lanka’s first impact-investment TV show, Ath Pavura.

Ramzeena Morseth Lye is an accomplished marketing strategist and corporate leader with over three decades of experience across leading multinational and local organizations in Sri Lanka. As a Non-Executive Director at Asia Pacific Technology Systems (APTS), she brings strategic marketing insight, customer-centric thinking, and governance expertise that supports the company’s growth and brand evolution.

Throughout her career, Ramzeena has held senior leadership roles in diverse sectors including telecommunications, FMCG, and the food and beverage industry. She served as Chief Marketing Officer at Hutchison Telecommunications Lanka, where she played a pivotal role in brand transformation and digital adoption, including leading Sri Lanka’s first 5G demonstrations. She also held key marketing leadership roles at Hayleys Consumer and Pizza Hut Sri Lanka, driving impactful campaigns and strategic partnerships.

Inoka Dewage

Inoka is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience in corporate financial management and more than 7 years of specialized expertise in auditing and taxation. As a key member of our finance leadership team, she brings deep technical knowledge, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

She is a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (AAT) and a Certified Business Accountant accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka). Inoka is currently advancing her professional qualifications by pursuing the Chartered Accountancy designation and has also successfully completed the Tax Diploma course offered by the Chartered Institute of Taxation in Sri Lanka. These credentials reflect her strong grasp of financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
